(1) In connection with the offense punishable under this Act, the investigation officer shall post a notice in a place where everyone can see that the owner of forest products, tools, weapons, vehicles, quadrupeds, etc., seized and the owner of which has not been found, should come to claim their rights.
(2) If there is a claim on the goods as per sub-section (1), it should be submitted to the authority hearing the case for decision.
(3) If there is no claim on the goods as per sub-section (1) or if it is decided that there is no claim, such goods will belong to the Government of Nepal.
